Australian Consumer Law Rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

30 Day Change of Mind Guarantee
If for any reason you’ve changed your mind about your purchase within 30 days, please contact us via the Returns & Refunds Process here. . Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from us first. If you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and accepted. This change of mind return policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law including any rights you may have in respect of faulty items.
Returned items must be in resalable condition and returned in their original packaging with all accessories. You will need to send the product back on your own cost and there will be an applicable freight fee deducted from the store credit for the return. This also applies to orders cancelled when the item has already been dispatched from our warehouse. The item must be in a re-saleable condition to qualify for a change of mind return. Under no circumstances will we issue a refund before we have received your product back to our premises and checked it as being in the original unopened and undamaged packaging.
In the scenario that the incorrect product had been shipped or the product arrived damaged, please follow the return process here. Postage labels for these returns will be provided.
