Razorback 4x4 will only accept change of mind returns if the product is:

  • Still in a new condition
  • Clean
  • Has not been fitted
  • Have original packaging
  • Is within 30 days of purchase
  • Is not a made to order item

We will not be able to refund the item if it is damaged in any way. 

Warranty:

All our seat covers are manufactured by a state-of-the-art OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) facility, where every single product is inspected by our highly trained Quality Checking Team after manufacturing.

Razorback 4x4 will repair or replace any product with any manufacturing defects.

Our warranty does not cover damage such as, but not limited to:

  • Tears, holes, rips from excessive use such as, but not limited to, sliding on the seat getting in and out of the vehicle
  • Gouges that may result from usage beyond normal wear and tear
  • Improper fitting (see our website and instructions for fitting directions).

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Returns & Refunds Process

In the event that the product is supplied incorrectly, faulty, defective or similar, Razorback 4x4 will provide a label to return the product. 

Please package up the entire product in a plastic bag or parcel (that will keep the product safe during transit), print off the return label and securely attach it to the outside of the parcel then you can return the goods to your local Australia Post Office and they will be able to direct the parcel back to us.

For change of mind returns, please ensure to package up the entire product in a plastic bag or parcel (that will keep the product safe during transit) and ship the parcel to the nominated address that is provided to you.

Once all returns are received by Razorback 4x4, our Quality Control team will check the contents and process a refund or replacement (as applicable) accordingly.
