Delivery

  1. Shipping and handling costs will be added to the purchase total prior to payment. Orders are generally dispatched within 5 business days.
  2. The delivery times made known to you are estimates only. 

Australian Consumer Law Rights

  1. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
  2. Nothing in this policy limits, excludes, modifies or restricts the application of these guarantees. For more information about your rights as a consumer, see the Australian Consumer Law website at http://www.consumerlaw.gov.au. 

Warranty Against Defects

  1. Subject to the requirements of the Australian Consumer Law, we do not provide any warranty against defects whether express or implied. If the goods are manufactured by a third party manufacturer, any warranty against defects provided by the manufacturer of those goods is available to you.
  2. Except as provided in these conditions or under the Australian Consumer Law, all express and implied warranties under statute or general law as to merchantability, description, quality, suitability or fitness of the goods for any purpose or as to design, assembly, installation, materials or workmanship or otherwise are expressly excluded.

Returned goods

  1. Subject to the requirements above, including under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not under any duty to accept goods returned by you and will do so only on terms to be agreed in writing in each individual case.
  2. If we agree to accept returned goods from you in accordance with this clause, you must return the goods to our place of business.
