Australian Consumer Law Rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Change of Mind Return Policy
In addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we also offer a Change of Mind Return Policy.
Eligibility requirements for Change of Mind Returns:
Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Products must be in their original condition, unused, unworn, unopened, with all included accessories and components, and in resaleable condition.
Products must not be damaged or used.
For health and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for change of mind return:
- Cosmetics & Beauty Products
- Health Products
- Perishable Goods & Food Items
- Personal Care Items
- Hosiery
- Underwear & Socks
- Swimwear
- Pierced Jewellery
- Pillow Protectors
- Assembled Furniture
- Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Serviettes & Tissues
- Medicinal Items
- Cleaning Products (Anti-bacterial wipes, sprays, cleaners, disposable gloves, etc.)
- Hand Sanitizers
If you have additional items you no longer want, we encourage sharing them with those in need, such as the elderly, disabled, or vulnerable members of the community.
Return Process:
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product does not comply with any of the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, including because they are damaged or not of an acceptable quality, the product supplied is not as described by the seller, or the wrong product was shipped.
We recommend that you use a shipping method with tracking and insurance to ensure that the product is returned safely. We do not accept liability for returned goods damaged in transit, so pack your returned goods carefully. If you do need to send an item back without the original packaging, make sure it is packed and padded securely as damage can occur to poorly packaged returns.
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and process the refund or within 3-5 business days.
Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Refunds may take up to 5-10 business days to appear on your account depending on your financial institution.
Exchange: We do not offer exchanges. If an exchange is required, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
