RETURNS & REFUNDS PROCESS

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

You can return your items within 30 days of placing your order.

  • Clothing should be unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging with its labelling intact and attached still to the product.
  • Equipment should be un-used and with its original packaging and / or labelling intact and attached to the product. 

Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable (for change of mind reasons)!

All items are inspected before a refund is processed.

Items deemed to be in a poor condition will be returned to you.

If any item returned breaches any of the terms outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to return the item back to you in the same condition it was received in.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges at this time (for change of mind returns). If you want a different size, please return your unwanted item and place another order.

FAULTY/DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS AND INCORRECTLY SHIPPED PRODUCTS

If the goods or service does not meet a consumer guarantee (e.g. where goods are not of acceptable quality), you have the right to ask for a refund, replacement or repair as is guaranteed under ACL.

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be sent an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. Funds can take up to 10 working days to appear into your account.

REFUNDS

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you once approved.
  • If approved, then your refund or credit will be processed, in the case of a refund a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, with funds returned to you within 10 working days.
  • If you took advantage of a promotion including free items (for example buy X get Y free, or free X with Y) then the free items must also be returned.
