AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW RIGHTS

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

30 DAY RIGHT FIT GUARANTEE

In addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we go above and beyond  with a 30 day right fit guarantee. This program ensures the product is fit for use and right for your application, allowing you to check the sizing and compatibility is correct. All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your product or order. Returns and exchange products must be of original unused condition without any modification or marking and original packaging.

We strictly advertise that our projector headlights do not fit cars with projector headlights from factory and only fit reflector headlights to minimise incorrect compatibility issues, which is noted on each product page. If you are unsure of product compatibility with your vehicle, please contact us today.

POSTAGE COST OF RETURNED ITEMS

If your product has found to been faulty, Altiq will cover any reasonable return postage costs. Please note if the product has been deemed faulty by misuse, Supernova Lighting reserves the right to request reimbursement of all postage costs.

RETURNING ITEMS

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the product is returned to Supernova Lightings warehouse safely. Please take necessary measures when packaging the product. Subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us directly. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery (not including delivery times) (please note this time requirement applies to returns under the 30 day right fit guarantee only and does not apply to returns made under the Australian Consumer Law).

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at here.

Subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, ALTIQ reserves the right to refuse returns which have not been authorised. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless otherwise indicated by ALTIQ.
