Returns & Exchanges Policy - JSW Powersports

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of any product from JSW Powersports (“us” or “we”) on the caravancampingsales Store. By purchasing product/s, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the Terms of Use Agreement.

General

We will always attempt to be as accurate as possible, however we are unable to warrant that product prices or descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free.

• Please note that colours may vary slightly from those displayed by your monitor.
• It is a condition of sale that product is not resold for commercial use.
• We are unable to redirect or stop orders once an order has been placed.

Product Availability

JSW Powersports offers product for sale that we expect to be in stock and available for dispatch from our distribution centre.

Currency
All prices are shown in Australian dollars. All transactions will occur in Australian dollars.

GST / Taxes / Fees
A charge accounting for GST is included in the retail price shown. You may incur additional currency conversions fees or other fees from your bank. Please check with your bank before ordering.

Your Order
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example,  that the product ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn.  We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from the website, refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

Cancellations
By Us: We reserve the right not to provide product or services, remove or edit content or cancel orders (or part thereof) at our sole discretion at any time. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not be held liable for loss or damage arising from the exercising of these rights.
If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email from the caravancampingsales Store. It will explain the reasons for the cancellation.  You will not be billed for any order we cancel. If billing has already been processed, the transaction will be refunded. Once an order is cancelled, it cannot be reprocessed and must be submitted again via the Caravan Camping Sales Store. Where you have provided a contact phone number with your order, we may try to contact you by phone to discuss your options.

By You: Once an order has been submitted by you it cannot be cancelled, unless the order has not been dispatched from our distribution centre. Instructions on how to submit a return/exchange request are available here.

If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact the caravancampingsales Store immediately and provide them with your order number and the details of your requested instructions.  We will use reasonable endeavours to accommodate your request however cancellation of the order is within our sole discretion.  Orders that cannot be cancelled will be subject to our terms, conditions and policies relating to Returns and Exchanges (see below).

Domestic Shipping
Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.

All products ordered via the caravancampingsales Store will be delivered to the address provided by you when you placed your order.

International Shipping

Sorry, at this time we only offer domestic shipping within Australia and cannot ship internationally.

Flat Rate Shipping
All orders over $99 will receive complimentary Australia Post shipping - Australia wide.

Tracking your order
Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email containing a tracking number from the caravancampingsales Store. This will allow you to track your shipment and see an estimated time of arrival.

Accessories/Parts Returns Policy
Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law because we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you.

Change of mind returns
If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, JSW Powersports will offer you a refund provided that:

• You return the item within 28 days of purchase;
• You produce your original receipt, caravancampingsales Store order confirmation  or some other valid proof of purchase;
• The item is in resalable condition including that:
• It is in its original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories;
• It is unworn, unopened, unused and in its original condition; and
• The product is not one on which a change of mind return is not available (see below).

If these requirements are not satisfied, JSW Powersports reserves the right not to offer a refund for change of mind returns.

Goods on which a change of mind return is not available:

JSW Powersports will not accept the return of items from the following categories under the change of mind returns policy under any circumstances:

• Swimwear
• Items on sale
• Gift cards
• Electrical items (E.g. Bilge pump kits, DESS keys, depth finder, custom rego stickers etc.)
• BRP Service Kits

These products can still be returned if they are faulty, not fit for purpose or do not match the sample or description.

Other Returns
JSW Powersports will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange, refund or repair where:

• The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or
• The product is not fit for its intended purpose, or
• The product does not match the sample or our description; and
• You can present your receipt, caravancampingsales Store order confirmation or other adequate proof of purchase.

JSW Powersports may elect to return the product to the manufacturer’s repair agent to determine the nature of the problem. JSW Powersports reserves the right not to offer an exchange, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

JSW Powersports reserves the right to:
Assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to providing a repair, exchange or refund. This may result in a repair, exchange or refund being refused.

Please note:

• Your original receipt or caravancampingsales Store order confirmation is the best form of proof of purchase
• Refunds will be issued using your original payment method
