Returns & Replacements

Items you've purchased from eTime RV Centre can be returned or replaced if a request is lodged within 7 days of the item being delivered to you. The return policy is applied as below:

Buyer changes mind in purchase.
Returned product must be well packed up and sent back in its original condition, refund is not acceptable otherwise. Buyer is responsible for return postage. Original postage is not refundable. 

Faulty product is received.
Replacement is offered to any faulty product received. eTime RV Centre is responsible for return and resend postage.

Goods is damaged during transit.
Replacement is offered to any damaged product received. eTime RV Centre is responsible for return and resend postage.
