Returns & Replacements

Items you've purchased from eTime RV Centre can be returned or replaced if a request is lodged within 7 days of the item being delivered to you (for change of mind returns) or within a reasonable period of time for damaged/faulty/incorrect goods. Under the Australian Consumer Law, consumers are entitled to return a product that doesn’t meet a consumer guarantee within a reasonable time and receive a refund, repair or replacement, depending on the nature of the issue. 

The return policy is applied as below:

Buyer changes mind in purchase.
Returned product must be well packed up and sent back in its original condition, refund is not acceptable otherwise. Buyer is responsible for return postage. Original postage is not refundable. 

Faulty product is received.
Replacement is offered to any faulty product received. eTime RV Centre is responsible for return and resend postage.

Goods is damaged during transit.
Replacement is offered to any damaged product received. eTime RV Centre is responsible for return and resend postage.

Australian Consumer Law Rights:

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
